CLUB INFO
How can I access the Club?
Click on the Club icon in the website header (to the right of the bell). Your control center opens instantly.
Why can’t I see the Club?
If the Club is not visible yet, it means your identity hasn’t been verified.
Go to your profile to complete the verification (via itsme or manually). Once validated, access to the Oria station is unlocked.
What can I do with my points?
Your Space Points allow you to:
- Participate in tournaments
- Get free spins
- Activate galactic wheels
- Access mini-games
- Complete missions

MISSIONS
How do missions work?
No registration required: your progress is tracked automatically.
- Complete the listed objectives
- Track your progress via the progress bar
- View rewards directly in each mission
You can take part in as many missions as you like.
Available tabs:
- Overview: proposed missions and those already launched
- Available: missions you can start immediately
- Locked: missions to unlock
- Completed: finished missions
What exactly are missions?
They are space missions available in the Club that allow you to earn points by completing specific actions.
When are new missions available?
New missions appear on the 15th of each month.
My mission is not updating. What should I do?
Please wait up to 15 minutes after completing the mission. If it’s still not validated, contact support for verification.
TOURNAMENTS
How do tournaments work?
Your goal: reach the biggest multiplier.
Example: you bet €10 and win €100 → multiplier x10
Your best result is recorded in the leaderboard. If you reach a winning position, you receive the corresponding reward.

How much does it cost to join a tournament?
Entry costs 1,000 Space Points.
When does the tournament start?
Each tournament begins on the 1st day of the month.
Where can I see the leaderboard?
Go to: Club → Tournaments → Select a tournament → Leaderboard
SHOP
What can I buy in the shop?
You can exchange your Space Points for free spins on Pragmatic Play games.
Can I view my purchase history?
Yes, click on the Replay icon at the top right of the shop.

How do I use free spins?
After your purchase:
- You are redirected to the game
- A window shows your available spins
- Click to start your session

When can I spin the wheels?
Every day from midnight:

Each day, you can try to win up to 100 Space Points.
How does the Daily Wheel work?
A daily wheel that can reveal a special reward.
How does the Fortune Wheel work?
Exchange 2,000 Space Points for one spin. Every spin is a winner.

How does Space Treasure work?
From the 15th to the 20th of each month, you can open a mystery box: a random reward awaits (only one box per month).
